[August 21, 2024] Our property practice group, Troy Darmanin and Chris Lutzel run by chair, Michelle Diverio, successfully argued and drafted a Motion for Summary Judgment on behalf of their client. The Judge found that the Plaintiffs did not abide by their contractual obligations under the subject policy and were further unable to rebut the applicable presumption of prejudice applicable in the judicial district. Since Defendant had propounded a proposal for settlement, it is now in a position to recover its fees and costs associated with defending this suit.
