[September 9, 2024] Congrats to Erik Gruber, Jackie Figueroa, and Chris Lutzel who successfully obtained a dismissal from Plaintiff at the eve of trial. In the days leading up to trial, our client’s Motion for Summary Judgment was granted in part after Troy Darmanin successfully argued that Plaintiff’s testimony entitled our client to a presumption of prejudice at trial. The Fourth District Court of Appeals dismissed the matter with prejudice on behalf of the Defendant.
