Professional Experience
As the Director of Operations & Human Resources, Danielle leads and oversees the firm’s Human Resources and Operations. She ensures legal compliance and the implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy while overseeing the day-to-day activities of the firm, ensuring efficient and effective management and performance.
A Miami native, she attended FIU and completed her undergraduate studies in business management and graduate studies in business administration. She also participated in FIU’s study abroad program, studying international business and strategic management in Dubai, UAE.
In her free time, you can likely find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband and Goldendoodle. Her passion for adventure and relaxation outside the office reflects her balanced approach to life and work.
